What is sweet, tangy and melts in your mouth? You guessed it! Hot Honey mustard and apple pork belly burnt ends. These meat treats are like candy and are irresistible!
Ingredients

3 Lb Pork Belly

1/4 C Buzzed Hot Honey Ale Mustard
-
1/2 C Apple Pie Cinnamon Spice Rub

2 C Apple Cider
-
1 Stick Butter
-
1/4 C Honey
Directions
Cut the pork belly into 2” cubes.
Toss the pork cubes in Buzzed Hot Honey Ale mustard until all are coated.
Generously sprinkle the cubes with Apple pie rub. Let the meat sit at room temperature while the smoker preheats.
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees.
Place the seasoned pork belly on the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
Remove the pork belly from the smoker and place in a ½ size aluminum tray.
Add the butter and apple cider to the tray and cover with foil.
Place back on the smoker for 45-60 minutes or until the burnt ends are very tender.
Remove from the smoker and place the burnt ends on a serving tray.
Drizzle with honey and serve!
