|25 Lbs.||Pork Trimmings|
|1 Package - B Unit||No. 680 Bacon Cheeseburger Bratwurst Seasoning|
|2.5 Lbs.||Smoked Bacon Ends & Pieces, Ground|
|1.25 Lbs.||Chopped Onion|
|1.5 Lbs.||High-Temp Cheddar Cheese|
|.75 Lbs.||Potato Starch|
|2 cups||Distilled Water|
|1 Package||32-35MM Natural Hog Casings|
Instructions:1) Grind pork through 5/32" plate, twice.
2) Add water, seasoning & potato starch; mix well.
3) Add ground bacon, onion and cheese; mix until thoroughly blended.
4) Stuff into 32-35mm hog casings.
5) Store and refrigerate overnight before grilling or cooking.
Tip: Seal in vacuum bags for storage in freezer.
