How long have you been cooking? 

Been grilling since I was 12.

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

From cooking network. That started my interest and it just grew from there.

What is your best food memory? 

That's between my first KCBS competition where we took 4th in pork butt or when I won the Blackstone Great Griddle Off.

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

Now this answer may change as I begin to try new products, but my favorite is the notorious P.I.G. It's not overwhelming, It's a good every day use for BBQ outside of Pork, and I always have it on hand.

What would you want to have as your last meal?

Bacon Cheeseburger with Onion Rings and Fried Pickles served with southwest sauce.

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

I make this Macaroni and Cheese that is like five or six ingredients that always in rotation. It's easy, family loves it and I've never been able to make a better recipe for Mac & Cheese.
