4 Slices White Cheddar Cheese

4 Slices Baby Swiss Cheese

6 Slices Provolone

1 Onion- Julienned

2 T Butter
-
4 T Mayo
-
8 Oz Shredded Brisket

3 Oz Memphis King BBQ Sauce
Directions
In a sauté pan over medium heat, caramelize the onions with butter, set aside
Combine the brisket and BBQ sauce in a pan and heat over low heat.
Build the grilled cheese by layering the cheeses, caramelized onions and brisket.
Spread mayo on the outside of the sandwich and grill in a pan over medium heat. Cover while cooking to help heat and melt.
