Breakfast sandwich for a king! Our Candied Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with a runny yoke and 2 strips of crispy candied bacon on top of a bed of greens is the royal treatment to start your day! Even if you are only king for a meal, this will be the one you want to rule!
Ingredients
8 Eggs
4 Pretzel Buns
1 Cup Spring Mix
8 Slices Memphis King Candied Bacon ( see recipe)
TT Salt & Pepper
2 T Butter
Directions
In a frying pan with some butter over medium high heat, fry the eggs to your liking. Over medium is preferred. Not to runny, not too hard.
Toast the burger buns and then build the sandwiches with spring mix on the bottom bun, followed by two fried eggs per sandwich and topped with two slices of Memphis King Candied Bacon.
