Shake up your celebrations with our Pineapple Spicy Margarita, infused with the bold flavors of Hatch Chili Verde seasoning. It's the perfect festive sipper, especially with Cinco de Mayo just around the corner!
Ingredients
1 – Pineapple
- 1 – Jalapeno
- 3 TB – El Dinero Hatch Chile Rub
- Pineapple Juice
- Tequila
- Triple Sec
Directions
- Slice the jalapeno into 1/8” slices.
- Cut 3 slices of pineapple (un peeled) and then cut those into 1/4s. Make a small cut from the tip of the wedge so that it can be a garnish on a glass.
- Peel and small dice the rest of the pineapple.
In a shaker, combine: 2 oz – Tequila
- 1 oz – Triple Sec
- 3 oz – Pineapple Juice
- 2 TB – Diced pineapple
- 3-4 slices – jalapeno
- Add 1 cup of ice and replace the lid.
- Shake until cold.
- Rim a glass with El Dinero Taco rub and then fill the glass ¾ full with ice.
- Pour the drink into the glass and add garnishes.
- Enjoy responsibly.
