Sunday night football never tasted so good! Spice things up at your next football party with El Dinero Jalapeno Cheddar Meatballs!

Ingredients

2 LB – Ground Beef
½ C – Crumbled Tortilla Chips
½ C – Heavy Cream
2 – Jalapenos
8 oz – Smoked Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 T – El Dinero Taco Rub

Directions

Preheat smoker or grill to 350 degrees.
Combine the crumbled tortilla chips and heavy cream in a bowl and allow the chips to soften for 15 minutes.
Once softened, add the ground beef, shredded cheese and seasoning.
Stem and core the jalapenos, removing the seeds and then cut into a small dice. Add to the bowl.
Mix the meat with your hands until the ingredients are well mixed.
Make 2 oz meat balls and them place them in an aluminum and then place them on the smoker.
Smoke/cook for 40-50 minutes until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 155 degrees.
Allow the meatballs to rest for 10 minutes before garnishing with some crumbled tortilla chips and cilantro.
