4 Ear – Corn
4 T – Ranch Dressing
2 T – Buffalo Cajun Wing Rub
¼ C – Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 T – Green Onion, chopped

Directions

Set up your grill for indirect heat and preheat it to 325 degrees.
Place the shucked ears of corn on the grill anc over for 20-25 minutes, rotating every 5-6 minutes.
Once the corn is cooked, brush the corn with the ranch dressing and the season generously with Buffalo Cajun Wing rub.
Finally, top with the crumbled blue cheese and chopped green onion.
