Ingredients
- 1 LB – Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined (16/20 size)
- ½ Stick – Butter

3 T– Bee Sting Hot Honey Chipotle BBQ Rub
- Chopped Parsley for garnish
Directions
- Preheat smoker or grill to 300 degrees.
- Season the shrimp generously with Bee Sting Rub and then arrange them in a small aluminum pan.
- Cut the butter into 4 tabs and place into the pan along with the shrimp.
- Place on the smoker, uncovered and smoke for 15-20 minutes until the shrimp if fully cooked.
- Rest 5 minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley.
