Blue Raspberry Wings with Jolly Good Soda
A 12-to-24-hour soak in Jolly Good Blue Raspberry Soda does double duty here, tenderizing the wings while adding a playful hint of sweetness that plays perfectly against savory seasoning. Once they're patted dry and tossed in olive oil, a generous coat of Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub brings the flavor home. Grill them low over indirect heat until they're cooked through, then finish over direct flame for that crispy, blistered skin - just keep a close eye, because they crisp fast. Easy enough for a weeknight, weird enough to be the talk of the cookout.

Blue raspberry soda-marinated wings with crispy skin and a beer-can-chicken seasoning kick. The most fun thing on the grill this summer.

Ingredients
3 Lbs – Chicken Wings, Drums and Flats
2 Cans – Jolly Good Blue Raspberry Soda
2 Tbsp – Olive Oil
¾ Cup – Cock-A-Doodle Brew Beer Can Chicken Rub
Directions
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour in the two cans of Jolly Good Blue Raspberry Soda.
Cover and marinate for 12-24 hours.
Preheat grill to medium/high heat set up for indirect heat.
Strain the soda from the wings and pat them dry with paper towel.
Toss the wings in the olive oil and then season generously with Cock-A-Doodle Brew rub.
Place the wings on the grill over indirect heat and cook for 45-60 minutes, flipping occasionally until fully cooked.
Place the wings over direct heat for a few minutes to crisp up. Be careful with this step as the wings can burn easily.
Rest 5 minutes and serve.
Enjoy!
