Ingredients

2 LB – Vidalia Onions

2 TB – Olive Oil

1 tsp – Vanilla Bean Paste

4 – Burger Patties (6oz each)

½ Cup – Mug Shot Root Beer BBQ Sauce

4 - Pretzel Burger Buns

6 oz – Goat Cheese
-
Lettuce and Tomato (if desired)
Directions
Julienne the onions and put in a large skillet. Add Olive oil and cook over medium low heat, stirring often to caramelize the onions, about 1 hour.
Finish the onions with the vanilla bean paste. Stir to incorporate and set aside.
Season the burgers with Backyard seasoning.
Preheat your grill to high heat and grill off your burgers to your liking.
Toast the burger buns.
Build the burgers with lettuce and tomato on the bottom bun (if desired).
Place a burger patty down and top with some vanilla onions.
Drizzle on some Mug Shot Root Beer BBQ Sauce.
Use a small scoop to finish the burgers with goat cheese, making it look like it is topped with ice cream.
