Pulled Pork with Jolly Good Cherry Soda Reduction
This pulled pork recipe keeps the process simple and lets two things do the heavy lifting: our Notorious P.I.G. Pulled Pork Rub and a can of Jolly Good Cherry Soda. The rub goes on over a Brew City Mustard slather and builds a deep, savory bark over the long cook. Then, while the pork rests, you reduce two cans of cherry soda down to a glossy, syrupy cup that gets drizzled over the shredded meat. The result is rich, faintly sweet, and impossible to stop eating.
