Warning: this Smoked Chex Party Mix is extremely addicting. And we didn't just stop at Chex, this mix is loaded up with cheez-its, peanuts, and pretzel sticks. Toss them in melted butter and your favorite seasoning (we chose our adobo honey) for the ultimate party treat.
Ingredients
6 cups Crispix
3 cups Cheez-its
2 cups Pretzel Sticks
1 1/2 cups Peanuts, dry-roasted
1 Stick Butter
2 T Worcestershire Sauce

4-5 T El Jefe Adobo Honey Seasoning
Directions
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees F
In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add in the Worcestershire sauce and El Jefe seasoning. Stir until well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispix, cheese-its, pretzels and peanuts.
Drizzle the melted butter mixture over the ingredients in the bowl and stir/mix well. All the pieces should have a good coating when done mixing.
Place the mix in a aluminum pan and smoke for 1 hour, stirring and mixing every 20 minutes
Once well smoked and toasted, remove from the smoker and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
