Brighten up an dish with this delicious Red Chimichurri! Fresh bold taste with every bite!
2 - Roasted Red Peppers
- 6 Clove – Garlic
- 1 Bunch – Flat Leaf Parsley
2 T– Oregano, chopped (fresh)
1 t – BBQ General SPG Rub
¼ C – Red Wine Vinegar
½ C – Olive Oil
- Combine the red peppers, garlic, parsley, oregano, vinegar and BBQ General SPG rub in a blender or food processor. Pulse the blender until a slightly chunky mixture comes together.
- Pour out into a bowl and stir in the olive oil.
- Season to taste and enjoy!
