Ingredients
3 LB – Chicken Wings, drums and flats
2 TB – Olive Oil
4 TB – Bee Sting Hot Honey BBQ rub
½ Cup – Red Rooster Sweet Chili Sauce
½ Cup - Mayo
Directions
Preheat the grill to 350°F (medium-high) and set it up for two-zone, indirect grilling.
Pat the wings dry, then toss them in the olive oil and Hot Honey Bee Sting until every flat and drum is evenly coated.
Arrange the wings over the indirect side of the grill. Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes, turning once, until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Move the wings over direct heat and grill, rotating often, until the skin crisps and chars to your liking.
Transfer the wings to a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and Red Rooster Sweet Red Chili Sauce until smooth.
Pour the glaze over the wings and toss until they are all well coated.
Serve right away, while the skin is still crisp.
