Hitting the pumpkin patch! It's pumpkin carving season and these hot honey Pumpkin Seeds do not disappoint! Roasted with just right amount of sweet and spicy to make this the perfect treat! For a little trick try using any of our other fun blends to season!
Ingredients

2 C Raw Pumpkin Seeds

2 t Bee Sting Hot Honey Chipotle BBQ Rub- (or any other PS Seasoning)

2 t Olive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and rinse seeds well after removing from the pumpkin.
Pat the seeds dry with paper towel.
In a bowl, toss the seeds, oil and seasoning together until the seeds are well coated.
Spread the seeds out on a baking tray and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Once the seeds are slightly brown and toasted, remove from the oven to cool.
Enjoy!
