Ingredients
- 8 Slices – Bacon (not thick cut)
- 24 – Club Crackers
- 3 – Jalapenos, thinly sliced

½ C – Brown Sugar

2 T – Bee Sting Hot Honey Rub
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a baking tray with a rack and evenly lay out some crackers.
- Cut the bacon into 1/3s and place one piece of bacon on each cracker.
- Top the bacon with about ½ tsp of brown sugar.
- Place a slice of jalapeno on top of the brown sugar.
- Finally, season all the crackers with Bee Sting rub.
- Place in the oven to bake for 20-30 minutes until the brown sugar is melted and the bacon is crispy.
- Cool a bit before serving.
