This brat is about to get jalapeno business. Inspired by our favorite BBQ treat, the spicy kick of jalapeno peppers is combined with creamy sour cream and smoky bacon for a brat that is sure to heat up your grilling season.
Grind regular trims through 1/8” plate. Add water, Brat Seasoning, 2.5 lbs of High-Temp Mozzarella Cheese. Mix for 3-5 minutes until meat is thoroughly combined. Stuff into 32-35mm hog casings or 4” x 20” fibrous casings, or form into patties.
