We've officially seen it all, eggs over the top of yogurt is here! Egg fired just the way you like it on top of Greek yogurt and served with toast for dipping.
Ingredients
- 5 – Eggs
1 T - Butter
- 5 oz – Greek yogurt, plain
1 T – Fresh dill, torn
3 T – King Shallot Chile Crisp (see recipe)
½ t – Open Sesame - Everything Bagel
- Toasted bageutte
Directions
Fry Eggs to your liking.
Spread the greek yogurt onto a plate.
Place the fried eggs on top of the yogurt.
Drizzle generously with chile crisp.
Season with fresh dill and a few shakes of Open Sesame.
Serve with toasted baguette.
