This is a good looking spud! Our Steakhouse Stuffed Potatoes is loaded with buttery prime rib and has everything that makes your baked potato taste so good! One bite will lead to another and before you know it you will be stuffed!
Ingredients

4 Large Baker Potatoes

1 Lb Prime Rib- Chopped

8 Oz Bacon- Chopped

2 t Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub

4 T Sour Cream
-
4 T Green Onion- Sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Wash the potatoes and rub with olive oil, then season with salt. Place in the oven for 50 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, sauté the chopped bacon over medium heat. When the bacon is almost done, add the beef to heat. Season with Prime Time.
When the potatoes are baked, open them and sprinkle with cheese. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Top with bacon and prime rib, sour cream and garnish with green onion.
