Smoked Turkey Wings
It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s a colossal Smoked Turkey Wing! This mega wing is dusted with the king of spices and basted with a delicious Korean flare. We would say you can’t eat just one, but since there are so big, one might be plenty!
Preheat Smoker/grill to 350 degrees.
Pat the wings dry with paper towel and then lightly coat them in olive oil.
Season the wings generously with King Shallot.
Place the wings on the smoker and cook for 45-60 minutes, flipping once half way through the cook.
Once the wings reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees, baste them with Black Belt.
Allow the wings to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce is tacked onto the wings.
Remove from the smoker and rest for 5 minutes before digging in!
