Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 LB – Ground Beef

  • 2 – Eggs

  • 1 ½ Cup – Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 4 TB – Bacon Bleu Burger Seasoning

  • ¼ Cup – Heavy Cream

  • 1 ½ Cup – Flour

  • 3 – Eggs, beaten

  • 3 Cup – Flamin Hot Cheetos

  • 1 ½ Cup – Panko

  • More Flamin’ Hot Cheetos and pretzels for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat your fryer to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine the ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 ½ cup panko, heavy cream and 4 TB of Bacon Bleu Burger Seasoning. Mix until well combined and the meat becomes tacky.
  3. Form the meatballs, about 1 ¼ oz each.
  4. Pour the Cheetos into a food processor and blend until they are the same size of the panko. Combine with the remaining panko.
  5. Set up your breading station.
    A. Flour
    B. 3 Eggs, well beaten
    C. Cheeto/ panko mix

  6. Dredge a meatball in the flour and then roll in the egg. Then bread in the Cheeto crumbs.
  7. Set aside and repeat with the rest of the meatballs.
  8. Fry the meatballs, a few at a time, for 4-6 minutes or until they reach the internal temperature of 155 degrees.
  9. Garnish with a little piece of Cheeto for a nose and pieces of pretzel for antlers.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
