Garlic Butter Smoked Meatballs
A heaping plate of meatballs will be sure to make you smile. Each beefy bite is packed with a buttery melt in your mouth garlic flavor bomb! We are going prime time on ya’ all!
1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Oz Prime Time Butcher's Blend
1/2 C Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 Stick Butter
1/4 C Garlic- Fresh Chopped
2 T Parsley- Chopped
TT Salt and Pepper
Preheat smoker or over to 375 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the meat, Primetime, egg and panko. Mix until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Make 1 oz meatballs and place on the foil lined baking tray.
Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 155 degrees.
In a small saucepan, over medium low heat, melt the butter.
Add the garlic and parsley and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Plate the meatballs and drizzle with the garlic butter.
