1 ¼ LB – Ground Pork
1 ¼ - Ground Beef
58 g – #535 Wood-Fired Pizza Brat Seasoning
6 oz – Fresh Mozzarella
6 oz – Pepperoni
6 oz – Pizza Sauce
6 – Burger Buns

Directions

Preheat grill to 375 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef and Wood-Fired Pizza Brat Seasoning.
Mix by hand until the seasoning is well incorporated and the meat becomes slightly tacky.
Form the meat into 6 pattys.
Head to the grill.
Grill the burgers until they reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
Top the burgers with sliced mozzarella cheese and 6-7 slices of pepperoni.
Cook 5 minutes.
Top each burger with ¾ oz of pizza sauce and cook 2 minutes.
Place the burgers on buns and serve hot!
