Ingredients

1 5-6 Whole Chicken

1/4 Cup El Capitan Baja Chili Citrus Taco Seasoning & Rub

1 Can Corona Beer
Directions
Preheat smoker to 375 degrees.
Dress the chicken and remove gizzards.
Rub chicken in El Captain Baja Chili Citrus.
Slightly crack open the can of Corona and insert the can into the cavity of the chicken. The can and the 2 legs will act as a tripod to hold the Chicken upright.
Place chicken on grill and cook until internal temperature reaches 180 degrees.
Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
