Ingredients

1 Lb Medium Shrimp

2 T Olive Oil
-
2 T On The Rocks Bourbon Pepper

2 T Cilantro- Chopped
-
Sauce:
1 Cup Ketchup
-
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
-
1 Can Chipotle Peppers- Minced
-
2 T White Onion - Fine Dice
-
2 T Cilantro- Fine Chop
-
1 T Worcestershire Sauce

TT On The Rocks Bourbon Pepper
Directions
In a medium bowl drizzle shrimp with oil and add cilantro and On The Rocks.
Marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Pre heat grill to Medium heat.
In another medium bowl whisk remaining ingredients to make cocktail sauce.
Place shrimp on the grill and grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
Cool shrimp and serve with cocktail sauce.
