Wanna make ribs but don't have the time to smoke ribs? Check out these delicious air fryer ribs!
Ingredients
- 2 Racks – Pork Back Ribs

2 T – Mustard
-
¾ C – Blue Ribbon Rub

1 C – Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Remove the membrane from the underside of the ribs and pat the ribs dry with a paper towel.
- Slather the ribs on all side with mustard. (this is the binder)
- Season the ribs generously with Blue Ribbon Rub.
- Let rib ribs sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- While the ribs rest, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer, bones down and cook for 20 minutes.
- Flip the ribs and cook for another 15-17 minutes.
- Lightly baste the ribs with Memphis King and place back in the air fryer, bones down for an additional 5 minutes.
- Rest the ribs for 5 minutes before serving with and extra side of sauce for dipping!
