Getting Your Pro Max Smoker Set Up
Welcome to a new level of smoking! Your top-of-the-line, pro-grade smoker will take your cook to places you've never been before, but first you need to get it set up. Let's get started.
- Find a spot for your smoker that is level and large enough to place your smoker in
- Upon unboxing your smoker check for any damage that may have occurred during the transportation of your smokehouse.
- Check for all parts. You should have the following:
- Chimney Cap
- Shelves Rack
- Wire Shelves
- Door Handles
- Smoke Sticks
- Meat Probe
- Sawdust Pan
- Water Pan
- Drip Tray
- Caster Base
- Side Shelf
- Assembled the caster base and, with the smoker body placed on its back on a sturdy table, put the caster base on the smoker body. Make sure you have a second person to help with lifting.
- Tighten hardware, lift the smoker upright, and place the two shelving pieces on the base.
- Install the side shelf and internal wire rack assembly. Place in the drip tray, six wire shelves, sawdust pan, and water pan.
- Place chimney cap on the damper chimney and you're ready to smoke!
