Control & Use Tips
To change temperature or humidity, press the Temperature & Humidity Toggle once to change temperature and twice to change humidity. You can use the arrows to adjust from 34-72 degrees Fahrenheit (1-22 degrees Celsius) in 1-degree increments.
The UV Light is used to clean the interior throughout the aging process. We recommend keeping the UV Light on when the unit is running, empty or full.
To toggle between Fahrenheit or Celsius, hold down the UV Light Control and Temperature & Humidity Toggle buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Ok now you're ready to start taking your cooking to a whole new level!
