Just when you don’t how it gets any better, we showed up with this! Check it, a juicy red pepper and swiss stuffed Tailgater burger with a monster bacon wrapped onion ring on a bun baby! Don’t worry we won’t leave you hanging, each bite gets better and better too!
Ingredients

1 Lb Ground Beef

1/2 Red Bell Pepper- Diced

1/2 Cup High Temp Swiss Cheese

1 1/2 T Tailgater Ballpark Blend

1/2 Cup Mayo
-
1 1/2 t Ketchup
-
1 1/2 t Horseradish - Prepared

1/2 t Sugar
-
1/2 t Lemon Juice
-
1/8 t Cayenne

6 Smoked Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings (see recipe)

Lettuce
-
Tomato
-
3 Burger Buns
Directions
Pre heat your grill.
Combine the ground beef, diced red pepper, cheese and tailgater seasoning and make the burger patties.
Make the sauce by combining the mayo, ketchup, horseradish, sugar, lemon juice and cayenne.
Grill the burgers to desired temp.
Build the burgers with lettuce, tomato and topped with the onion rings and finished with a drizzle of the horseradish sauce.
