Ingredients
- 1 – Pizza Crust (PS Seasoning Homemade Pizza Kit)

¾ C – Memphis King Tangy BBQ Sauce

1 ¼ C – Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

1 ½ C – Chicken Breast, cooked and diced
- ½ - Red onion, julienned
- 1 – Jalapeno, sliced

2 T – Cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Follow the directions on the package for making the pizza crusts. We will be using one par baked pizza crust for this recipe.
- Spread ½ cup of Memphis King BBQ sauce on the par baked crust and spread it around the crust, leaving a ¾” crust.
- Spread the chicken on the crust. (chicken will go under the cheese to avoid drying out)
- Top with cheese and then spread out the sliced onion and jalapenos.
- Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, rotating once ½ way through.
- Finish the pizza with an extra drizzle of Memphis King and sprinkled cilantro.
