My country 'tis of thee, season meat liberally. As allies in the pursuit of flavor, we teamed up with the Butchers of America to nominate this blend of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, Garlic, and Spices as the next Commander in Beef of the United Steaks of America.
Pro tip: Preheat grill to 300 deg F. Season steak liberally and place directly on the grill 30-35 minutes or until meat is 125 deg F. Sear steaks on high heat then transfer to a cutting board and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
