We understand frying is not for everyone. For those who prefer a healthier option, use this flavorful blend on fish, chicken or even try it on vegetables. This pleasantly seasoned breading has a nice crunchy texture that will have you wanting to use it for more. Also makes a great topping for casseroles or baked mac n' cheese. Get creative with this easy to use breading.

  1. Rinse meat, fish or poultry (with or without skin) shake off excess liquid.
  2. Roll pieces in coating or shake in resealable bag. Place on baking sheet or use baking rack for a more even crispness.
  3. Allow pieces to rest while preheating oven to 400°F.
  4. Bake until cooked through. Cooking time will vary depending on meat used.

FISH: Bake 10-20 minutes depending on thickness of fillets. Thicker pieces may take an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

POULTRY: Bake 15 to 20 minutes for small or boneless pieces. Larger, bone-in pieces may take up to 40 to 50 minutes. (Use this same guideline when baking pork).

MEAT: 1" thick slabs will bake for about 20 to 30 minutes. For larger portions, allow an assitional 10 to 15 minutes.
