Put some holiday cheer into your Summer Sausage and Salami with our red fibrous Santa Claus casings. Use for making summer sausage, salami and other smoked sausages. Each casing will stuff approximately 1 Lb. Sold in bundles of 25 casings or cases of 500.

Note: Before stuffing, soak in warm water 20 minutes.
