How long have you been cooking?
10+ years everyday cooking, 5+ years BBQ/Smoking, 5+ years butchery/sausage making
How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?
Always wanted to be a chef growing up but never went to culinary school.
What is your best food memory?
Eating one of my homemade brats (Jalapeno) for the first time and finding out I was addicted to sausage making. After that day I realized and would never go back to store bought.
What is your favorite PS Product and why?
My favorite so far is definitely the General TSO's Brats, I love these brats because they taste like your eating something that came from the Chinese restaurant and they have that authentic flavor. My favorite thing from the welcome package has to be Black Gold. This seasoning is great on everything such as potatoes, veggies, homemade pizzas and just about anything else you can think of.
What would you want to have as your last meal?
I eat so many good things all the time that it is hard to decide. I would have to say it would be a sandwich and that sandwich would probably be a Reuben/Pastrami piled high with smoked corned beef, homemade Russian dressing, sauerkraut simmered in Guinness and maybe a little bit of provolone. Oh and of course a Guinness to wash it down.
What dish/meal do you make on repeat?
Wet burritos or any variation of dry burritos would likely be the most consumed meal in our house. There are so many options when it comes to what can be stuffed inside a burrito the possibilities are endless.
