How long have you been cooking? 

I have loved cooking for years however I have had a passion for BBQ for about 5 years now. I managed a bbq store in Salt Lake City for a while and ultimately outdoor over the fire cooking has been my biggest passion

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

I love to eat! After watching shows like the BBQ Pitmaster’s i always wanted to learn how and after a few years I built a smoker and learned from books and YouTube channels such as How to BBQ Right and All Things BBQ.

What is your best food memory? 

Recently I cooked a brisket for some people ,who do love BBQ, and they went crazy over it. They asked me the rub I used, what I cooked on and really everything that went into it.

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

My favorite seasoning so far has to be the Apple Pie mainly because it’s my wife’s favorite and if she likes it I can the green light to cook more.

The Notorious P.I.G. Rub is pretty spectacular. I’m not just saying that because I am an ambassador, it has a super good balance of sweet, heat, and savory. The color it gives the meat is also amazing and makes for some great photos.

What would you want to have as your last meal?

I would say Brazilian style steak house. I am going to learn how to do it myself and put some Chop Shop on it.

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

Something I cook regularly would be wings and tri-tip. They are awesome and I am able to cook them fairly quick when I get home.
