Customer Service Representative

Profile: This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our Production staff. This position reports to the Production Supervisor. This position supports the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls, process orders, generate customer invoices
  • Process web orders
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Assist sales department with order placement
  • File maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned 

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Must be able to multitask and handle fast paced sales and customer service work environment
  • Prior successful customer relations experienced is required
  • Must be customer driven with a positive attitude, show accountability and professionalism
  • Working knowledge of MS Word & Excel
  • Data entry skills with accuracy and speed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact when working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • This position is mostly sedentary however some tasks may require lifting, bending or standing
