How long have you been cooking?
Since I was a teenager
How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?
Enjoyed watching my dad grill growing up. Took my first crack at it when I was in middle school and have been hooked ever since!
What is your best food memory?
There are quite a few great food memories. One of my favorite who have to be going to Aaron Franklin’s restaurant in Austin, TX, Franklin BBQ, and getting a tour of the smokehouse after lunch!
What is your favorite PS Product and why?
Favorite PS product so far is the Spicy Nashville Honky Tonk. Tried this on some boneless pork chops and the flavor really popped. Love a little kick! Can’t wait to put this on some wings!
What would you want to have as your last meal?
I’d take a big tomahawk steak! Reverse seared and dusted with Chop Shop! I’m a meat and potatoes kind of guy. So a gigantic steak always hits the spot!
What dish/meal do you make on repeat?
Tacos...although we always change up the protein. Skirt steak, chicken thighs, ground beef, venison. Tacos are typically a once a week meal!
