How long have you been cooking? 

I have been cooking intensely for about 13 years.

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

I have always had a love for cooking since I was young but I really started when my oldest daughter was born 13 years ago. My passion really took off 8 years ago when I discovered charcoal and began to bbq and smoke meat. Now I try and grill, smoke or bbq every single day. It is my happy place and my biggest stress reliever. I simply love it.

What is your best food memory? 

My best food memory is watching my grandmother cook an entire holiday meal by herself for a family of 20+ like it was nothing. And then remembering how great it was! I understand why she did it now. There is nothing better than making your family happy through food.

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

Multi-tool. That seasoning works on just about everything but is especially great on veggies and chicken.

What would you want to have as your last meal?

Well, as a last meal I would love someone to cook meal a charcoal grilled 2” ribeye with pan fried scallops, lobster, and king crab legs. 

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

Well in my house I have an 11 year old and a 13 year old. That means, we usually make burgers and chicken wings every week. We also do pizza every Friday night. This has been a tradition since they were little. Every Friday night we would make pizza from scratch and then have family movie night. The pizza has evolved over the years to get a lot better and they still look forward to it. It keeps our family close and no matter how busy our lives get we still set Friday aside for our family to get together. It’s a tradition I hope stays with us for a long time.
