EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
 

Profile: This position requires a self-driven, well organized Executive Assistant who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision. Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills are required. This position reports to the President and supports the company with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive team with detail and accuracy
  • Send and receive company correspondence, compile data for expense and other reports
  • Handle business matters by reaching the appropriate party in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintains contact with current and prospect key accounts
  • Various projects such as account analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate calendars and meetings in a professional manner, manage meeting agendas, take notes, send meeting minutes to participants and hold group accountable
  • Facilitate special events such as customer visits and employee events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flight, hotel, rental, etc.)
  • Maintain paper and electronic files while keeping all information confidential
  • Run errands as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Must be able to handle fast paced work environment
  • Must be customer driven with a positive attitude, show accountability and professionalism
  • Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact when working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license with clean history
  • This position is mostly sedentary however some tasks may require lifting, bending or standing

IT MANAGER

Profile: This position requires a self-driven, well organized IT Manager who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. This position reports to the VP and supports the company with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
  • Oversee and determine timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
  • Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
  • Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
  • Implement and maintain Documentation Management Program
  • Management of printed data needs and costs associated
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in information technology management
  • Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills required
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Advanced time management and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact when working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
