What is your best food memory? 

Baking pies with my mom as a kid.

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

My favorite PS seasoning so far is the Notorious PIG Rub because it is a great compliment to all of my favorite pork BBQ recipes. I have used this on my Pork Belly burnt ends, ribs and Pork shoulder for pulled pork sandwiches. It's always a hit!

What would you want to have as your last meal?

For my last meal I would request a slow smoked brisket, Brussels sprouts & bacon, mashed potatoes and a slice of homemade cherry pie with vanilla ice cream.

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

Being a butcher's wife I have the opportunity to have quality steaks on rotation on a regular basis. In addition to that meals on repeat include tacos, pasta & teriyaki chicken.
