How long have you been cooking? 

Since I was a kid.

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

Mom worked two jobs, so she would prep everything and tell me to call her at work and she would walk me through it. I didn’t want to do dishes so I cooked and let my 3 sisters do the cleaning.

What is your best food memory? 

Going to Vietnam for the first time. We didn’t speak the same language but through food and music I had the time of life and met the most amazing people.

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

Favorite PS product so far is Nashville Honky Tonk. So good.

What would you want to have as your last meal?

Brisket and Porchetta.

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

My repeat dish is Wings on the Big Green Egg
