MARKETING MANAGER

Profile: This position requires a self-driven, well organized Marketing Manager who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. This position reports to the President. This position supports the company with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy for consumer and employee brand marketing and awareness
  • Create integrated marketing plans and budgets
  • Develop, manage and execute successful social media campaigns across all platforms
  • Develop and implement effective B2B and B2C sales strategies that result in exceeding revenue goals
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and effectively nurture prospects through the sales process
  • Maintain awareness in market changes and adjust marketing strategies
  • Oversee marketing staff operations, planning, and budget development
  • Attend special training session or seminars
  • Support product launch strategies with proper resources and advertising
  • Organize promotional events at trade shows, coordinating with team to ensure prompt delivery of materials
  • Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer branding and B2C marketing
  • Ability to travel as required (estimated at 10-15%) to attend trade shows
  • Knowledge of shooting and editing video, experience with food photography a plus
  • Knowledge of social media functions, search engine optimization, blogging
  • Knowledge of food industry trends, basic cooking skills, food knowledge
  • Must be customer driven with a positive attitude, show accountability and professionalism
  • Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact when working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe record

  • This position is mostly sedentary however some tasks may require lifting, bending or standing
