How long have you been cooking? 

25 years

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

I was always amazed by fire. Anytime grilling was mentioned, I jumped at the opportunity! Grilling/smoking took center stage when I convinced my wife we needed a BGE. Little did I know it was not as easy as I had convinced her. I took a few tries to get the process worked out. Now days we only cook outside. Breakfast, lunch and dinners are pretty much made outside on the grills. I spend most of my time catering and cooking for others. My passion is cooking. Food makes all people happy!

What is your best food memory? 

Making brisket.

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

The Notorious P.I.G rub is my favorite so far. The color and depth of flavors it provides is outstanding, can’t find that in many rubs.

What would you want to have as your last meal?

2"-thick Ribeye. 

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

Brisket! I get more requests for brisket than anything else. Such a versatile meat.
