How long have you been cooking? 

I’ve enjoyed cooking most of my life but mainly really started cooking on a regular basis when I got married almost 13 years ago.

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

My grandma Betty gave me a cookbook in 1987 called Kids Cooking A Very Slightly Messy Manual that started my love for cooking. I still have that cookbook today!

What is your best food memory? 

Most of my memories are most memorable either because of the food I ate or the outfit I was wearing 😂
I do remember baking cookies with my babysitter when I was little and again, just another memory of when I fell in love with cooking.

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

This is a tough one because there are a few that I LOVE so much! I’m already almost out of the Grate State because nothing on the planet makes better garlic bread than that magical blend but if you’re forcing me to choose just one 😉 I would have to say the Back Yard Better Burger blend. Not only does it make better burgers but it also makes better steaks, better pork, better chicken and better grilled veggies! I’m totally hooked!

What would you want to have as your last meal?

If I were able to choose a last meal it would be my favorite meal on the planet, fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy! That is MY ultimate comfort food!

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

The dish I make on repeat is Elk Salisbury Steak with mashed red potatoes. It’s a family favorite!
