This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our Production staff. This position reports to the Production Supervisor. This position supports the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily tasks include hand packaging, assembly of kits or working on the bottle line

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting production goals

• Examine and inspect materials, containers and products to ensure that specifications are met

• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools

• Load materials and products into package processing equipment

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials

• Place or pour products or materials into containers, using hand tools and equipment, or fill containers from spouts or chutes

• Seal containers or materials, using lids and/or seals

• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records

• Mark and label containers, tags and products using marking tools

• Clean up work area including products, bags, boxes before next project

• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs

• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications: 

• Basic math skills required

• Flexibility to work on a variety of tasks as needed

• Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 lbs., bending, standing and climbing

• Ability to work independently or with a team

Bottle Line Operator

This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our Production staff.  This position reports to the Packaging Lead.  This position supports the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Daily tasks include set up and troubleshooting the bottle line

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting production goals

• Examine and inspect materials, containers and products to ensure that specifications are met

• Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools

• Load materials and products into package processing equipment

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials

Maintenance Technician

This position requires a self-motivated, reliable employee to join our Maintenance Department.  This position reports to the Director of Operations.  This position supports the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain work and shop area and stock tools, parts and supplies

• Repair, install, adjust, troubleshoot or maintain machines or vehicles

• Complete repairs and part replacements

• Maintain equipment log on repairs and maintenance

• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and that the physical condition of the building does not deteriorate

• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs

• Other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong skills in systems repair, hydraulics, electrical, maintenance, welding

• Strong math skills required

• Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 lbs, bending, standing and climbing

Sanitation Lead

This position requires a self-driven, well organized sanitation professional who can exercise decision making skills and time management with little supervision.  This position reports to the food safety & quality manager.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. This position supports the company’s production facility with the responsibilities that are included below.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Oversee and coordinate sanitation tasks throughout the facility with team members daily

• Review the sanitation program to ensure identified processes are effective and being properly conducted by the team

• Provide oversight, coaching, and development suggestions for new and existing sanitation team members

• Communicate metrics that measure the performance of the sanitation team and identify opportunities for improvement implementation to recommend to the manager

• Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitation of the production, warehouse facility and offices

• Clean equipment and work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools

• Clean up work area and trash including products, bags, boxes

• Monitor and communicate supply and equipment needs to the manager timely to ensure supplies are available daily for the team

• Complete daily paperwork accurately

• Operate forklift and skid loader to assist with duties

• Comply with GMP, personal hygiene, HACCP and other quality and safety programs

• Other duties as assigned

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of sanitation experience required

• Experience leading a group or team of employees

• Experience with GMP, quality and safety programs

• Flexibility to work on a variety of tasks as needed

• Physical requirements include lifting to 60 lbs., bending, standing and climbing

• Forklift and skid loader experience preferred

• Ability to work independently and lead a team of employees
