What is your best food memory? 

Siting in the middle of India, I remember sitting by an open fire pit as the chef slapped wet dough on the side of the fire pit, sticking it to the clay to cook fresh naan. He then cooked fresh butchered chicken and we ate around the fire in the middle of central India

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

The honey bbq snack stick mix is by far the best. I’ve made its with deer, elk, rabbit and rattlesnake and everything in between. It’s won a many folks over to the wild game side!

What would you want to have as your last meal?

There is this restaurant called Park Ave in Stanton Ca, the chef there has a huge garden out back that he sources 75% of the items for dishes. Well, every summer he makes this grilled rack of lamb drizzled with fresh blackberry & boysenberry reduction. Every year I go and order it med-rare and chat with the chef. That is one of those culinary memories where the food tells the story.

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

In our household it seems like Tacos are a constant, from ground wild game meats to grilled fish tacos and everything thing else you can shove on a tortilla.
