How long have you been cooking? 

I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED COOKING ON THE GRILL BUT IT ALL WENT TO ANOTHER LEVEL ABOUT 8 YEARS AGO WHEN I WON A TRAEGER FROM A CONTEST AT WORK. THE REST IS HISTORY.

How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?

ONE OF THE OWNERS OF THE COMPANY I WORK FOR BROUGHT IN SOME SMOKED RIBS TO WORK ONE DAY AND THEY WERE AMAZING! I COULDN'T BELIEVE HE COOKED SOMETHING THAT GOOD AT HOME. AT THAT MOMENT I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO DO. I NEEDED TO GET A SMOKER.

What is your best food memory? 

COVID HAS BEEN DIFFICULT FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE IN DIFFERENT WAYS. THIS PAST YEAR I SMOKED A BUNCH OF PORK AND WE DELIVERED DINNER TO RANDOM FAMILY IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD THAT WE FELT COULD USE A LIFT. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR ME AS WELL AS OUR KIDS. 

What is your favorite PS Product and why? 

NOW THIS IS A TOUGH QUESTION! I'M GOING TO GO WITH THE BACK YARD BETTER BURGER. THIS IS SO GOOD ON A BURGER AND A LOT OF OTHER BEEF CUTS. THE FLAVOR IS AMAZING AND MAKES FOR AN AMAZING CRUST WITH A GOOD SEAR. NOTORIOUS P.I.G. IS A CLOSE SECOND.

What would you want as your last meal?

A PERFECTLY COOKED TRI TIP WITH MASHED POTATOES AND GRAVY.

What dish/meal do you make on repeat?

I COOK A LOT OF TRI TIPS AS WELL AS STEAKS. I LOVE A GOOD RIB EYE.
