Customer Service Representative

This position demands a self-driven, well organized individual who can exercise decision making skills and time management effectively with little supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. This position reports to the Sales Manager. This position supports the company with responsibilities included below.


Primary Duties Include:

  • Answering all customer calls
  • Entering and processing over the phone and website orders
  • Providing knowledgeable answers to customer's questions/concerns about products, pricing, shipping, order placement and availability
  • Greet and direct customers, vendors, and visitors
  • Works with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Assist sales department with order placement
  • Upsell items and promotions to customers
  • File maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must be customer driven with a positive attitude, demonstrating accountability and professionalism
  • Must posses the ability to work independently, multi-task & handle fast paced sales in a customer service environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing deadlines
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills are required
  • Prior successful customer relations experience is required

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with accurate and speedy data entry skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact when working with cross-functional teams
  • This position is mostly sedentary, however, some tasks may require lifting bending and standing
