How did you get interested or introduced to cooking?
About 10 years ago I bought a cheap charcoal grill and that started a fire in me to really learn how to barbecue.
What is your best food memory?
It’s really the memories made around the pit with my kids and sharing good barbecue with friends and family.
What is your favorite PS Product and why?
That’s tough, PIG is amazing, Apple pie rub is like nothing I’ve ever tried, absolutely amazing on ribs and pork butt.
What would you want as your last meal?
Dino beef ribs.
What dish/meal do you make on repeat?
Spatchcock chicken and veggies.
